Oatmeal Cookies

Spiced oat cookies, gooey or crunchy depending on how long you bake them.

  1. Heat the oven to 375°F / 190°C.
  2. Cream the butter or margarine and sugar together.
  3. Add the egg replacer and vanilla, and beat well.
  4. Add the combined dry ingredients.
  5. Add the oats.
  6. Bake 7–8 minutes for gooey cookies, or 9–10 minutes for crunchy ones.
